Follow these 11 easy steps:
1. Contact Robertson Safaris International, Inc. for our free advice.
2. Advise us about your angling, shooting, or non-sporting travel preferences. Be HONEST about your experience level.
3. When is the best time for you to go? How many will be in your party?
4. What is your physical condition and your financial constraints?
5. Suggested areas, times, and operators will be given. All excursions are custom-made for your requirements.
6. References will be supplied upon request.
7. An honest timetable will be given as to when your reservation needs to be booked. Some safaris need to be booked 2-3 years in advance; others just 2-3 months. For the most part however, operators book up from 6-12 months in advance.
8. A 50% deposit confirms your booking and must be received within 10 days of making the reservation. Balances will be due 90-days prior to departure.
9. Every outfitter & operator has different refund policies. Before your reservation is accepted, these policies will be thoroughly discussed with you. We do not want you left in the dark on any policy or cost!
10. Once your deposit is received, complete information will be forwarded to you including an invoice.
11. Equipment recommendations will be provided. We also can be utilized for travel and medical arrangements with our travel agency and Travel Healthy, P.A. Travel insurance can also be provided and is strongly recommended.
